he prabhu pehle main kya tha or ab kya ho gaya,
e prabhu khud hi 'mein' main na jane kahan kho gaya.
parantu shukra hai in aankhon mein dhundhli si jan baki hai,
shukra hai ki dil mein armano ki nishan baki hai.
shukra hai chahne walon ke kuchh 'ilzaam' baki hain,
man mein kuchh acchha karne ke dhundhle arman baki hain,
sahare se jinke fir se ho sakta hun main 'jinda',
man mein mere 'achhe-bure ka bhaan' or 'prabhu ka gyaan' baki hai.
dhanya hai teri muhabbat, 'e prabhu teri kripa',
fir se khada ho sakun main ye 'abhimaan' baki hai.

My Appointment with Dr. Prof. SM Tuli in VIMHANS Hospital, New Delhi
You know i was suffering from Back pain since 22nd April 2010.......
It was 16 December 2010 and I was in VIMHANS hospital, 1 Institutional area, Nehru Nagar, Near PGDAV college, New Delhi- 110065 with my father at 6:15 in the morning. After a long time wait i got a chance to meet him at 11:50 AM and I discussed him about my back pain. He suggested me for some basic tests for proper identification of the problem/disease. 2 X-rays for Pelvis and L/S bones.... and one blood sugar test. At 1:45 PM I've got the reports. Again a meeting with Dr. at 3:15 PM. His words are "NOTHING TO WORRY, NOTHING TO WORRY", releases my and my father's tension a lot. he suggested some regular diet plans (900 ml toned milk + 3 seasonal fruits + curd + paneer + 1 egg daily) and medicines for 4 years and wanted me to come to him after one year about improvements.
He also suggested regular exercises. In VIMHANS "Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Center" I've got some beautiful tips about some regular exercises and i got to know my mistakes (the important parts/processes of exercises which i forgot). So it was a very nice experience, and we returned back to home with 1.5 Hr. long 4 routes change 1st time METRO visit for my father. I am feeling very happy from then onwards.

30 September: The Day of Result AYODHYA-BABRI Dispute
The day was full of tension in every one's mind about the future prospects of the result of this dispute. When we are returning to our respective homes we saw the empty roads, which are usually crowded in general. Really what an impact of that result declaration in people's mind?? However, military arrangements were being made to protect from the worst situation.

The FLOOD in Moradabad
When i woke up i've got some messages about today's holiday from my students. they asked me is the college open today? i was little shocked why they are asking me such a question. some of my colleagues also asked me the same question. Then I called Ms Pallavi Saxena to know the reason. She confirmed that its holiday today due to heavy rain and water logging somewhere. I confirmed it with Mr. Nitin Saxena too. He told the same reason. Now after that i and alok pandey went for servicing the scooter. meanwhile i took the physiotherapy in Jain Mandir. After servicing we went to SBI for personal loan of alok. I've heard something that from Kalagarh Dam and it's about to reach Moradabad. I didn't take it seriously. We came back after that. when we are @ Parshvanath Plaza I've got the call from Anupam. He told me that Water has touched the Moradabad at almost 4 feet height near Sonakpur Stadium. Coming to home i watched the news and got several updates. I've got a phone call from Mr. Manas Singhal at around 7 PM in evening that in MIT and in Sai Mandir almost 4-5 foot water has logged. and Neha Chaudhary ma'am's father is hospitalized due to the very same reason. I was shocked. Manas Sir called Alok Pandey, and alok came to my home. I suggest him to call Mitali ma'am to know the exact reason for hospitalization of Neha ma'am's father. After confirming from Mitali ma'am Alok called to Neha ma'am as well. No doubt she was afraid because of the bad happenings happened with her. We provide a little confidence.
In the night I've got some calls from students who lived nearby to MIT. They told me that we're leaving for our respective homes because of the floody conditions in Moradabad. In the night On TV i saw some videos of water in Moradabad. Water and water everywhere in Moradabad nearby the Ram Ganga Region.

A Gift "to someone" in the form of a POEM.....
Man Mein Hai Kuchh Aaj Likhun,
Kuchh Baat Likhun, Kuchh Khaas Likhun,
Jo Ban Jaaye Ek Amitt Chhaap,
Aisi Har Ek Ujjawal Baat Likhun.
Shabdon Ki yeh Bhent Hai Aisi,
Prabhu Se Ek Prarthana Jaisi,
Har Shabd Jeevant Ho uthe,
Jo Kuchh Bhi Main Aaj Likhun.
Har Pal Ho Sundar Alokit Sa,
Jeevan Path Prajjavalit Ho Jaye,
Jo Kuchh Bhi Tum Chaah Karo,
Wah Sab Pratyakshit Ho Jaye,
Mere Hriday Ke Mridul Taar,
Keh Rahe Hain Mujhse Baar Baar,
Nirmalta KE Charitra Tumhari,
Har Ek Chaah Sakaar Likhun.
Har Pal Khushiyon Ka Hota Nahi,
Har Jeevan Sukhmay Hota Nahi,
Charitra Wohi Prakashit Hai,
Jo Raah-Rajni Mein Khota Nahi,
Wo Prabal Utsaah Tumhi To Ho,
Wo Dridh Vishvaas Tumhi To Ho,
Jiske Liye Ye Hriday Kahey,
Ek Naya Naya Vishvaas Likhun.

A Test: To check the various Preferences of Your Life
Sometimes in life it is very important to judge yourself. I always say to my loved ones that you should try to find yourself. But the thing is that how can one do this since it is not an easiest task to do. I always want to find a solution to that question or task. One day one of my friend told me a story that i'm going to tell you very soon. And that story can tell you who you are and what are your various priorities in life.
Here I am going to tell you this story. On behalf of that your life preferences can be checked or analysed by yourself. One thing you should take care of is the actual meaning of the story. Try to find various emotions belonged to the story, I can guarantee that you will get the answers of all your questions.
So the Story begins.......
There is a boy named 'F' and a girl named 'L'. They loved each other very much and their love is pure and true. Obviously they want to marry each other but their parents are totally against it. 'F' always thought that one day their parents will allow us to marry.
As time goes, the girl's family started to find a good boy for marriage. 'L' expresses her fear to marry anyone other than 'F'. 'F' explains to 'L', " Dear I can understand what you are feeling now, because the same is with me too. But try to understand that firstly we are for our family. We can ran away and can marry but this is not a good option. One day when our parents see us unhappy, they they will definitely understand our love and allow us to marry. So give them some time to think about it, they are our true well-wishers." Listening to these words the girl 'L' agrees him totally and went back to her family.
After few days girl's family fixed her marriage with some other one. The girl don't want to marry any other except 'F', so at the wedding day in the evening she left her home and gone to the boy 'F'.
The boy was shocked to see the girl. He told her that Every love does not meant to be for marriage. We love each other and our love is as pure as Radha-Krishna. May be we are not meant to be made for each other. But our love continues the way it is..... In short we should follow our parent's decision. Please go home and accept him because this decision is made by your parents. We should not break our parent's heart for our selfishness. Girl again totally agreed with his lover's words. She decided to opt her parent's wish. So after meeting with her lover last time, she went back to her home.
Now the story took a critical move. When she reached to her home she saw a very different picture then that from what she had left. This time every one is sad and very tensed because at the wedding day the bride is not at her home. Seeing this the girl realizes that it is tough to go back to home and clarify all their doubts. And going back to 'F' is not possible. Then, "what should i do"? In this world, at this time, is not possible to live without marriage, and at "this stage who can marry me?" These are the few questions moving in her mind. She reminded some of her friends. She thought, "one of them can understand my conditions and can marry me". So she decided to go to them one by one.
Firstly she reminds a person 'S'. She went to him and told him all that what had happened. 'S' replied to 'L', " You can stay with me at my home as long as you want but I can't marry you." Girl thought that it's not our culture to live with a person with out marry. " I appreciate you suggestions, but i can not opt this because my culture does not allow me to do so", saying this girl 'L' leaves his home.
Then she reminded another friend named 'U'. But to go to him she has to cross a river. There is a boatman near the shores of the river. She told him the address, where she want to go. the boatman 'M' replied i'll make you reach to the address but my charge for this work is all your jewelery. Is this okay with you? Girl says yes because she had no option left. Boatman leaves her at the other end and took all her jewelery.
Then she reached to her friend 'U'. She tells him the story and put her proposal for marriage. After listening her story, the friend 'U' accepts her as his wife.
The story ends here. And if you listen it up completely, then here is a question for you that will tell you your preferences of life.
The question is...... There are 5 characters in this story namely (in short- a quick remind): 'F', 'L', 'S', 'M', 'U'. Which character do you like most? Make a list in descending order.
Have you done this??
If Yes quickly go to the end of the story page to know what F,L,S,M,U means....
